Join other CCD practitioners working amongst the unhoused to connect, encourage and uncover opportunities for collaboration. This group welcomes those working with the unhoused in any context – churches, schools, neighborhoods, nonprofits, etc. Together, we will refine a unique CCD approach toward our unhoused neighbors, focused on how our communities can walk with them in a relational manner.
