CCDA Affinity Networks are a space for gathering CCDA members and those proximate around shared affinities. We hope to gather together online and in person at our national conference each year.
Lifestyle Practitioner Affinity Network Facilitator: Diane Miller
Diane lives in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. Her family embraced CCDA concepts over 20 years ago as a way to reframe their “American Dream”prosperity lifestyle, centering their family deep within socio-economic diverse neighborhoods and public school community. She had a design/sales career, though her avocation has always been caring community development. She also spent four years on a church staff crafting relational homeless partnerships, focused on dining together and medical care.
She is a CCDA C6 Cohort member; and, a graduate of The Center for Action & Contemplation Living School. Her legacy season is spent crafting contemplative circle groups to deepen heritage story understanding and help promote equitable systemic reform. She is also passionate about encouraging others with generational privilege to “think deep + live different”, reframing personal prosperity lifestyles deep within socio-economic diverse community for common good. She co-leads the Chicago Local Network.
