This four week session will focus on the experiences of Biblical women as a guide for our leadership journeys. We will discuss topics such as Rejection and Trauma in the workplace using Hagar's life as a guide. This coaching circle will emphasize the importance of faith and personal values in leadership roles and offer practical tools and strategies for navigating corporate and nonprofit sectors along with reflective exercises designed to encourage personal and professional growth.
This is designed to provide a space for women of color to feel safe, heard, and seen knowing that God is with us offering peace and love even when the world doesn't always find value in who we are.
