Meet the AAPI crew serving on the CCDA Board. Panelists Marie Moy, Elizabeth Cronlund, Eun Strawser, and Breanna van Velzen will share about their own experiences regarding leadership, how their heritages have influenced how they approach their work, and from their perspectives, the unique challenges & advantages AAPI face in leadership and the workplace.
This is a space for AAPI practitioners from every context to connect. We recognize the difficulties and disconnection that AAPIs may face in a ministry or organizational context that doesn’t reflect them. Together, we explore the unique strengths and needs of the AAPI community and how our cultural backgrounds can inform and embolden CCD work.
