Tough decisions ahead.  But here is where our faith comes in.  As we struggle diminished budgets, we have an exercise in identifying essential things...what must we keep, what activities must we continue, and what can be postponed, deleted or downsized.  It is a time of clearing out the things not necessary, and enhancing our commitment to mission in new kind of way.

Thanks for providing this -- this has been a challenge (South Street in Akron). the close of restaurants hit our struggling social enterprise hard.  Like Mary said, it will require some closer examination for sustainability.
