    Do you have tips or resources for navigating these uncertain times? I know I personally would benefit from hearing them and I'm sure many others would as well.

    Social media has been a great way to stay in community with others and up-to-date on Covid-19 updated. However, 24/7 social media scrolling can cause lots of anxiety. Take care of your mental health by turning off the phones for a while! Stay well everyone!

    That's a great point, Anna. Hard to find the right balance. I'm an extrovert and social media makes that easy, but I'm trying to find more time for video calls and things like that so I'm not just feeding into the negativity that can exist on social media.
